About Ms. Ferrin

Hi, I’m Brecklyn Ferrin! I'm a violin teacher and mom of 3 kids. I am passionate about making violin lessons joyful and rewarding for my students (and their parents, too!)

​ I am a registered Suzuki violin and early childhood education teacher, and I have degrees in Violin Performance from Indiana University and the University of Utah. 

At these prestigious schools, I had the opportunity to study with many great violinists, including Kathleen Winkler, Federico Agostini, and Hasse Borup.  I studied violin pedagogy with Mimi Zweig and Brenda Brenner and am a registered Suzuki teacher.

I am a total violin geek, and am obsessed with finding ways to make learning the violin easy (or at least easier) and more fun.

My husband and I are the parents of three children and we make our home in Kaysville, Utah.
